Iterative Implementation
Groveware recommends an iterative approach to the implementation of your Complaints and Correspondence Management system. An initial, fully-functional, customized solution is possible very early in the project, giving your staff and user community to use, evaluate, test and comment on the working system. Upon completion of the Business Analysis, a new system can be implemented that incorporates all the specific changes required by your business. This new implementation may also be a interim step towards a final system implementation.
User Training
End-user training is available to your user community on how to use the system to properly create and manage Complaint and Correspondence. Often, your specific workflow process and data collection needs can be complex. Groveware will work with you to implement a training plan that insures that the system is used correctly to improve customer service and productivity.
